what are words
if you really dont mean them
when you say them
what are words
if they're only for good times
then their done.

words are just words
if we dont follow through with them
therefore, we should always process our words
and promises before we say them.
especially promises.
because once spoken, it cant be taken back.
alternatively, you could break them
which in turn break hearts.

i know what it feels like when
"words are just words"
empty, hollow, meaningless.
hence, i would never ever want you
to experience all those negative feelings.
i'll never ever break a single promise
i've made to you sweetheart.
i'll never go back on my word,
till my last breath.
i intend to keep every single one of them.
